Israeli artist Yuval Yairi, makes old memories come alive with his unique way of documenting his travels.
Yairi paints beautiful landscapes of places visited on his trusty travel companion— the suitcase.
His ‘Memory Suitcases’ are painted in muted, sepia tones, making the images look more like old photographs than paintings, and evoking a sense of nostalgia.
He then brings his unique canvases to various outdoor locations to photograph them, creating the feeling that the suitcases have continued travelling.
